The Old Physicist

The Old Physicist

All his working life he studied the invisible – subatomic particles called into existence by mathematical necessity. Now he is focussed on the little screen mounted on the wall, and he knows the equations between all the characters in the soap epic.

The focus on sunlit ear hairs brings together the past and the present in a very touching and effective way, Johannes. One could imagine a much younger physicist bringing the same intensity to his study of invisible particles. Nice to know some traits remain constant.
